✅ Pros: Massive build volume and extreme speeds for the price.
❌ Cons: Firmware can be buggy; fan noise is significant.
✅ Pros: Fastest open-frame printer; incredible CoreXY value.
❌ Cons: No enclosure; basic LCD screen.
The Creality K1 Max is the winner for large-scale engineering because of its massive enclosed volume. The Bambu P1P is more reliable for consistent daily hobby printing. **The trade-off:** Creality's fans are notoriously loud compared to the Bambu. We were disappointed that the P1P lacks even basic side panels at this price. Grab the K1 Max if you print large items, or the P1P for the better software experience.
