Choosing between the Mini+ and the MK4S is basically down to your build volume and your budget. Both are legendary for their quality. The MK4S is the winner because it adds the Load Cell sensor for a perfect first layer—no more faffing about with Z-offsets. It’s also much faster and built for 24/7 production. The Mini+ is a cracking little machine for a secondary setup, but if this is your primary tool, the MK4S is the absolute unit you need to build a proper workflow.
